Not to worry, you are more than welcome to return it!
If you send your order off within 7 days of receiving it we would be more than happy to issue you with a store credit (providing your return meets all of our return policy guidelines). Store credits do not have an expiration date.
All you need to do is:
-Complete your returns form.
-Include your returns form with the item(s) you wish to return & package in a mailing bag.
-You will need to cover the return postage to send your return back to us & please also ensure to send your order back to us with tracking activated.
-Due to our high-volume stock turn over we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges and are unable to hold stock.
-Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE items & due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on suit.
-Returns must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, no makeup stain & with all tags attached. Returns must be returned without smell of ladies’ perfume/deodorant, so please take due care when trying on your order.
We process all returns as quickly as possible & generally process all returns within 24 hours of receiving them! However throughout peak seasons please allow up to 3-4 business days for us to process your return from receiving it. Once your return has been accepted and processed you will be emailed with your online voucher.

After Pay Returns
Returns remain subject to The Rock Boutique Returns Policy.
If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a ‘General Return’. Once we receive the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue you with a store credit as per our ‘General Returns’ policy – you’ll be emailed a credit code to use. If your item/s are faulty (and any such fault has been approved by Rock Boutique as a genuine manufacturing fault), you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we will then cancel the payment plan. Please refer to our ‘Faulty Returns’ policy for further details.

We inspect all garments prior to being sent to ensure that we only send our customers garments that are of high quality & condition. However, on the slight chance that you feel there is a;
-The garment is significantly different from the image and description displayed online
Please contact us immediately before returning the garment back to us with a description and image of the fault/discreprency. Once approved, we will then be able to cover the return postage cost and issue you with a prepaid postage slip. (applicable to only Australian orders within 14 days of the purchase date). Please complete your returns form explaining the fault and post this garment back to us.
For international customers, in the event that you receive a faulty item please contact us prior to returning the faulty item back to us with a description and image of the fault/discreprency. If approved, you will be instructed to include the postage receipt with your returned package. Failing to include the postage receipt will unfortunately disallow us to reimburse you for the returned shipping cost. Please note that the return shipping cost can be reimbursed with only a store credit for Rock Boutique.
If we are unable to determine/approve a manufacturing fault or if a garment is significantly different from the image and description displayed online we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
